You used to need a high level runecrafting and alot of rune essance to get laws. If you're a member not anymore!!!

All you need is to have done the rune mysteries quest!

If you haven't done the rune mysteries quest then all you need to do is look it up on www.runehq.com . It is a fairly easy quest.

Quickly get a pickaxe out of the bank. If you don't have one buy one off of a player. They don't cost much.

Once you've done the quest right-click on the man in the runeshop in varrock. The options will be; talk to, trade with or teleport. Click on teleport and it'll take you to the place where you mine rune essance. Mine 27 and put everything in the bank.

Now for the secret...

Walk to draynor village and get 27 essance out of the bank (unnoted). Make sure you have nothing wielded or in your backpack apart from rune ess (essance). Make sure it's unnoted then walk to port sarrim. At the port in port sarrim you'll see some monks. Talk to one and ask to go to 'the holy island'. Walk north-northeast until you come to a bridge. Walk across the bridge and trade with a person in red. They should offer: 27 laws and 27 rune ess (noted).

Walk back to draynor bank and unnote the essance. Then start all over again.
